Delicate Sculptures and Monumental Buildings out of ICE!
Chinese and international artists create a unique and
fantastic world out of ice and light in 1200 square metres
of exhibition space.
The Chinese artists will display their ancient art for the
first time ever in Germany. Their fascinating ice sculptures
are a constant exhibit and will be added to and completed
throughout the duration of the exhibition. As a visitor you
are able to observe the development and completion of
the six-metre-high sculptures very closely.
A winter-time climate awaits you, with a constant
exhibition temperature of minus three.
It is recommended that visitors dress up warmly and
wear sturdy footwear.

The Ice Artists
The sculptures will be created on site from the start of the
exhibition by Chinese and international artists. Amongst
them will be a large number of international prize winners,
– DaLi Liu, who has won several prizes and awards at
the annual World Ice Art Championships
– Yue Ma, who has been awarded a prize at the World
Ice Art Championships, and at the Harbin International
Snow Sculpture Contest
– Di An, who has won silver in 2008, and bronze in 2009
at the World Ice Art Championships
– ChunHe Zhang, winner of many international prizes
